Projects-Customize Sliding Gate and Fence
In April 2021, King Hung Wei attend the Automatic Machinery and Intelligent Manufacturing Show in Tainan. We plan to cooperate with robot arm companies, automation industries and apply our metal fence in safety devices.
James, the owner of food factory was looking for a way to divide their food materials, and our newly Machinery Fencing system can solve his problem.
Our team went to his company to measure the size of the plant after the show. Immediately, we set up a meeting with our engineers to discuss the security fence and the details to be aware of during live assembly.
It took us three days to design the customized sliding gate and fence and James confirmed the customized fence with satisfaction.
Projects
Customized metal fences were not initially considered in our design because they require extra time and are not easy to manufacture.
James wanted the whole plant to look organized, tidy and the divided fence to look beautiful. King Hung Wei decided to design this special gate for his food factory. With wheels on the security metal fence, we made a different use of our Machinery Fencing.
We set a high standard in powder coating, during incoming quality control, we rejected the powder coated fence and had the fences re-coated. The finish coated fence was beautiful and the assembly process went well in the plant.
The wheel gates of food factory allow materials to be effectively divided. This is why we are here, to satisfy our customers.
